Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

All orders from Woop.com are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or tax after you’ve placed your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver to the Republic of Cyprus.

Returns Policy

Can I exchange my product into something else?

Unfortunately, we are not offering the opportunity to do exchanges at the moment.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?
